We believe headshots should be affordable especially for actors who are just starting out. One of our primary goals is to save actors money so they continue to pursue their passion comfortably.   • 1.5 hour session. Looks are unlimited within that time frame. Package includes two complimentary fully retouched high res images.
  • 2.5 hour session. Looks are unlimited within that time frame. Package includes three complimentary fully retouched high res images.

Payments Policy

A non-refundable deposit (equal to 50% of the package price) is required in order to book a session with SafeAvon. The remaining 50% of the cost of the chosen Headshot package is due in the form of cash upon arrival to the client's scheduled appointment time. Please note all deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, you forfeit your deposit.
Number of Shots vs. Number of Proofs

The number of shots included in each package is simply the number of shots taken on the day. For instance, if a package says it includes “100+ shots” what that means is that the headshot photographer will take no less than 100 individual shots, and usually more. It does not mean, however, that the client is guaranteed 100+ proofs. Proofs are the images that are sufficient enough to be considered for editing and there are various reasons (a blurry shot due to camera shake, a client’s eyes are closed, etc.) for why “shots” will not be included in the proofs delivered to a particular client.
Touch-Ups & Social Media

When a client receives the link to their respective proofs, they may not screenshot or repost any of those images on Social Media platforms. The proofs are not for download and are for the client to review only.

Once a client receives the link to their proofs, they will be able to “approve”, “reject” or “comment” on any of the images. We ask that a client “comment” on the photos(s) they would like to be touched-up and then click “Done with my Review”. Touch-ups can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to be returned to the client.

Due to storage limitations, a client’s proofs will be available for review for at least 30 days after the link has been sent to their email address. Should a client want touch-ups in addition to the amount already included in their package, they may contact [email protected] for rates.
Retouched photos are allowed to be posted to social media. Special permission to post any unedited images must be granted by SafeAvon in writing prior to a client posting any unedited or non-retouched images. All social media posts must give credit to SafeAvon and tag @SafeAvon in the post.

A request can be made by the client for a downloadable version of the proofs, which will all be then and therefore watermarked and cannot be distorted or edited in any way, by anyone or any third party, other than SafeAvon.
